Only new customers' first delivered orders count, after a verification period.

Mention the commercial partnership in every post.
No bulk messages in WhatsApp groups.
Never announce a discount that doesn't exist.
Only use the brand's official visuals.
Don't imitate the official accounts or the brand characters (ELORA, KENZO, MAYA, DAVID, DYLAN).
Your own orders don't count.

Your pay depends on validated results, under the grid in force. No income is guaranteed.

Frequently asked questions

Who can become an ambassador?

Any adult or organisation running a community in Douala: creator, neighbourhood page, student, association. Places are limited during the pilot; beyond that, applications go on a waiting list.

How are my referrals tracked?

Through your personal link (a visit is credited to you for a limited time) or your personal code entered in the basket. The last contact wins: a code entered in the basket comes before a link.

Which orders count?

New customers' first paid, delivered and non-refunded orders, for a limited period, never for life. Delivery and service fees don't count.

When am I paid?

Once a month, by Mobile Money or bank transfer, after approval by the finance team, above a minimum amount. A statement is available each month in your space.

Can I see who ordered?

No. Your dashboard shows totals and anonymised orders, never a customer's name, phone or address.

Where do I find the commission amount?

In the grid in force, provided with the rules and visible in your space. It may change with a new version, with no effect on earnings already recorded.
